Causes

  • Ink build up or burrs on chamber and clamps
  • Doctor Blade too thin
  • Clamp screws are overtighten
  • The screws are not tighten from the middle towards the ends

Solutions

  • Clean chamber and clamps and eliminate burrs
  • use a thicker doctor blade
  • do not overtighten the clamp screws
  • tighten the screws by starting from the middle
  • use a PowerPrint, CeraPrint, CeraFlex XT, DuroBlade
