Doctor Blade Analysis
TKM USA offers customers an analysis of their doctor blades. Different analyses, such as cross-sectional and doctor blade angle analysis, are performed. An exact doctor blade angle can be determined 100% by a doctor blade angle analysis only. Due to many influences on the printing machine, such as cylinder circumference, NIP, doctor blade pressure setting or hydrodynamic pressure, a determination of the doctor blade angle is very unreliable.
