Narrow lines or grooves of damage to the engraved area around the circumference of the anilox roller.
Causes
- Foreign particles got trapped between doctor blade and anilox roll
- Not using filter & magnets
- Using too much doctor blade pressure
- using a low quality doctor blade
- insufficient lubrication
- using wrong end seals
