Causes

  • Doctor Blade angle is too steep
  • Blade setup is too stiff (Overlap)
  • Doctor Blade is too thick
  • Doctor Blade pressure is too low

Solutions

  • Flatten Doctor Blade angle
  • Use softer Doctor Blade setup (increase overlap)
  • Use thinner Doctor Blade
  • Lower Doctor Blade pressure
  • Use OptiPrint, PowerPrint, CeraPrint or CeraPrint XT
