In addition to products for the paper processing and manufacturing industry as well as the wood, plastics, rubber and recycling industry, the production focus at the Remscheid site is on our paper circular knives (Log Saw Blades) for the hygienic paper industry. Therefore, a lot is invested and modernized at the Remscheid site.

In summer of 2019, in the course of an expansion of production capacities, we built a new production building for a heat treatment center. In this context a new fully automatic continuous hardening furnace was projected and procured.

In addition to an expansion of production capacities, the focus was also on improving working conditions and environmental protection. Thus, at full capacity, energy efficiency can be significantly increased and CO2 emissions per product produced can be significantly reduced. In addition, further tempering capacities as well as a fully automatic special machine for drilling and milling were put into operation, also with a view to improving capacity, working conditions and efficiency.
