Correct Contact Pressure

Problem case

• Contact pressure is too high:
  If the contact pressure is too high, there is a possibility to press the cant angle towards zero, furthermore it leads to a higher wear and eventually a further loss of speed of the anvil in comparison to the slitter.
• Contact pressure is too low:
  With too low contact pressure, the slitter may not be driven at all.

Solution

• Adjust contact pressure

One manometer per knife holder
