Punctures – Durability
Problem case
What causes an increased wear?
In the conventional design, the ribbons are guided by the parallel area around the collecting cylinder. Due to the forward orientation of the folding pin and the resulting elongated hole in the paper, the ribbons have the opportunity to move and rub against the folding pin. This results in increased wear.
