In addition to the bevel, the tooth pitch also has an influence on the quality of the cut.
How can the cutting quality be improved? At TKM we can produce cutting blades with up to 20 teeth per centimetre (tooth pitch 0.5 mm). However, this very good cutting quality comes at the expense of durability.
Tip: Cutting knives with a single chamfer not only increase the cutting quality, but also the durability.
